About Us – The Ocho Rios

The Ocho Rios is a luxury Jamaican-owned event venue in the heart of the West Midlands, created to bring culture, comfort and premium hospitality under one roof. Built by a Jamaican couple with backgrounds in architecture and healthcare, our vision was simple: deliver a modern, high-end event space that reflects our heritage while offering the technology, service, and design of a top-tier UK venue.

Across two fully private floors, we host weddings, private dining, corporate bookings, celebrations, wakes, and luxury events, supported by smart lighting, a 5K sound system, 90-inch screen, elevator access, underfloor heating, private bars and exclusive-use rooms. Our catering — known as some of the best Jamaican cuisine in the West Midlands — brings authenticity and flavour to every booking.

We serve everything from intimate dinners for 20 guests to full venue hire for up to 600. Whether you’re planning a celebration, a business event, or a family gathering, The Ocho Rios delivers a seamless experience, premium service, and a space designed to impress.
